How to return an item
- Email us with your order number to request a return.
- We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
Return conditions
- 14 dienų teisė atsisakyti. Pagal ES teisę galite atšaukti užsakymą per 14 dienų nuo gavimo, nenurodydami priežasties.
- Prekė turi būti nenaudota ir originalioje pakuotėje.
- Tagastuskulud (tagasisaatmine) kannab klient, välja arvatud defektse toote või meiepoolse vea korral, mille katame meie.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
